OLCDC fulfills its mission by improving access to health and wellness opportunities; supporting educational programs that foster student achievement; enhancing career opportunities for residents with job training; creating and attracting new jobs and businesses; increasing access to art, culture and technology; mobilizing residents to foster community engagement; and enhancing the overall livability of neighborhoods through quality affordable housing, economic opportunities, public spaces, and safer streets. We are designated a 501 (C)(3) non-profit corporation.
