Position Description:
The Senior Director will support the growth of our services through Strategy, Thought Leadership and Solutioning as it relates to functional areas around human capital at our clients and prospective clients. This is a key role in setting direction internally and for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Development of go-to-market strategies and supporting content for human resources solutions
Collaborate internally to identify existing, or create combined solutions across multiple areas within our organization, to provide the best possible option for our clients that could span specialties such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance Management, HR Operations, HR Analytics, Mobile, and more
Create and develop Thought Leadership and content (blogs, whitepapers, industry group presentations, etc.) to assist with marketing and inbound lead generation web content
Creation of strategies and ideas around IP development and competitive differentiators
Support on sales discussions and pursuits
Communication with vendor relationships to convey and position Emtec as well as gather intelligence on future strategic direction and positioning
Must Have Skills:
10+ years of experience in services delivery and business development support as it relates to Human Resources applications products and services (transactional, performance management and analytics)
Minimum 10+ years of experience in IT Services Solution Design and Implementation which includes:
A true Thought Leader in an advisory capacity
Understanding of, and ability to educate internally and to external clients on industry trends, and how our organization participates in the marketplace trends
Proven experience in creating solutions and providing strategic business value
Proven experience in professional services, business development and proposal development
Proven experience in developing and applying processes and methodologies to meet customer needs
Proven ability to collaborate with sales and business development staff
Preferred Skills:
Broad knowledge of company, products, services, and business functions
In-depth knowledge of Human Resources systems and building related solutions
Experience defining and delivering complex end-to-end HR solutions to large corporations
Able to talk business process with C-level executives and relate the process to our capabilities
Successful history of driving and collaborating to close client engagements greater than $1M in services value
MBA in Human Resources
Experience working within Human Resources department in a large, global organization
Professional Skills:
Exceptional written, and verbal communication skills
Skilled and comfortable presenting to a large audience, as well as a C-level audience
Strong negotiation skills
