JOB DESCRIPTION: Reporting to the President and CEO of Emory Healthcare, the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) directs human resources for Emory Healthcare. The CHRO will have a strategic role in working with a variety of other EHC leaders to advance the human capital, cost management, service excellence, and operational improvement initiatives within Emory Healthcare. The CHRO serves as a bridge builder and catalyst to effectively identify solutions, drive results, and articulate priorities across the system.
QUALIFICATIONS: A minimum of 10-15 years in a human resources leadership role in multi-site, people-centric organizations of significant size, complexity and diversity is required. A graduate degree in a related field is preferred. A track record of success in collaborating effectively and partnering as part of an executive leadership team, with experience interacting with governance. The ability to foster partnerships and achieve organizational goals within the context of a high performance, results-oriented, accountability driven and collaborative executive leadership team. Strong financial and strategic skills, accompanied by a respect for data and the ability to manage multiple, complex projects within clearly defined timelines.
