Edge Autonomy was born out of the merger between Jennings Aeronautics, Inc (JAI) and UAV Factory in September 2021 and then added Michigan-based Adaptive Energy, designer and manufacturer of solid oxide fuel cells (SOFC) for back up and portable power applications, in August 2022.
