Founded in 1834, Franklin College is a residential, liberal arts institution with a scenic, wooded campus, spanning 207 acres, including athletic fields and a 31-acre biology woodland. Founded in 1962, UVI is a public, co-ed, land-grant HBCU in the United States Virgin Islands (USVI). Approximately 2,500 students are enrolled on the two campuses: the Albert A. Sheen Campus on St. Croix and the St. Thomas campus. The institution offers 38 undergraduate degree programs and seven graduate degree programs across its five colleges and schools.
