We are New Brunswick`s largest long-term care organization and a centre of excellence in aging care. Since 1966, York Care Centre has put New Brunswick seniors at the forefront of everything we do. We have grown to a 218-bed long-term care facility, 72 affordable housing units, 31 assisted living units, and 15-seat adult day program – all located on a single Fredericton campus nestled along the Saint John river.

The warm and confident manner of our staff is key to the well-being of our residents. Bayshore Residence and Rehabilitation Center begins with a rigorous screening and application process. We select only the most proficient and motivated candidates to join our team, from nurses` aides to therapists. Once on board, our staff is continuously trained in current treatment modalities to keep them up-to- date. They also receive extensive sensitivity training, which is reflected in their interactions with residents, and ultimately results in improved resident outcomes.
