The Episcopal Church is a mainline Anglican Christian church found mainly in the United States, but also in Honduras, Taiwan, Colombia, Ecuador, Haiti, the Dominican Republic, Venezuela, the British Virgin Islands and parts of Europe. The Episcopal Church has more than 2.1 million members in more than 7,600 congregations in 110 dioceses (and one similar geographic convocation) situated in countries and territories including Belgium, Germany, France, Switzerland, Italy, Haiti, Virgin Islands, Colombia, Ecuador, Dominican Republic, Honduras, Venezuela, Puerto Rico and Micronesia plus the United States.
