Headquartered in Savannah, GA, Dulany Industries, Inc., is the parent company of Southern States Chemical, Seagate Terminals, and SeaPoint Industrial Terminal Complex. Established in Augusta, GA, in 1897 as Southern States Phosphate and Fertilizer, the privately owned company donated to the original construction of the Augusta National Golf Course. Dulany Industries exited the fertilizer manufacturing business in March 2000 and has grown into a diversified industrial-based enterprise with locations in Savannah, Wilmington, NC, and Norfolk, VA.
