The subsidiary Dufry South America Ltd also has a separate listing in the Brazilian and Luxembourg stock exchanges. And on 1 February 2018, Dufry successfully listed its subsidiary Hudson Group as a new public company under the name of Hudson Ltd. at the New York Stock Exchange.
