Heritage Distilling Co. (HDC) is a craft distillery based in Gig Harbor, Washington. HDC is the most awarded craft distillery in North America by the American Distilling Institute 4 years in a row (2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017). Each of the Heritage Distilling Co. product lines and services were developed with a particular story in mind, because “Every Spirit has a Story”™. We are majority owned by women and family operated. As a Craft Distillery we manage the entire process of making our spirits by hand – from identifying and working directly with the farmers growing our grains, to ensuring the purity of our water source, to milling the grain, making our own mash and wort and running our own custom made stills – we strive to maintain the best of the “Field to Flask”™ ethos. Ordnance Brewing is an outlier, a brewery out past the far edges of Pacific Northwest population centers, far from the region`s corporate breweries and dense brewer communities - smack dab in the middle of a beer desert. As such, there are no predetermined expectations, no unspoken rules or formulas to be accountable to. It`s the freedom found in the wide-open spaces of the Columbia Plateau and expansive farmland. In this remoteness, we brew freely, with an innovative spirit, a farmer`s work ethic and the creativity of someone living off the land, making beauty out of little. The owners, brewer and brewery itself are on the fringe, uninhibited, driven to work together for a common cause, a unified mission: Brew distinct, honest and simply enjoyable beer.
