The Dougherty County School System is the public education organization in Albany, Ga. With more than 15,000 students and 2,700 employees, we`re one of the largest educational organizations in Southern Georgia. We strive to bring innovation to education and work daily to create a educational environment that isn`t limited to a classroom. We also collaborate well with community partners, businesses and higher education organizations to advance the cause of education in the region.
