Bob and his group sold Mueller and Associates to Compass Bank in 2003. Compass Bank was later acquired by BBVA, a multinational bank based in Spain in 2007, and the firm continued to grow. A group of senior members of the firm acquired the agency from BBVA Compass Bank on June 1, 2010. Cody Ritchie assumed the role of president of the newly formed Crest Insurance Group with a vision to develop the firm to be the preeminent agency based in Arizona. Continually growing, Crest now has offices in both the Tucson and Phoenix areas and with experienced producers who provide expertly-tailored insurance policies to clients throughout the United States.
