When Dermalogica meets skin, skin health is redefined. Dermalogica is the number one choice of skin care professionals and consumers worldwide. Why? Because for over 30 years, we`ve been dedicated to delivering skin health results through education, innovation, and professional recommendation, not through advertising, frilly packaging, promises of miracle cures, or overblown hype. Just as Dermalogica works every day to help skin care professionals reach their highest level of success, the tribe also plays an active role in the community. In January 2011, the Dermalogica Foundation launched FITE – Financial Independence for Women through Entrepreneurship – which aims to help women around the world to start or grow a business through financial assistance and educational programs. FITE works with a number of nonprofit organizations, including Kiva.org, a global microlending Web site that supports entrepreneurs. The Dermalogica Foundation has championed financial independence and educational programs for women and children through the support of local, grass-roots organizations since 1999. All of the organizations, which are non-denominational and are not supported by any other major source of funding, work to improve the lives of women and children through a hand-up, not a hand out. Dermalogica`s support fosters better education, training, materials and services to help women and children achieve financial independence. The Dermalogica Foundation is funded through profits from Dermalogica product sales.
