DVIRC is an economic development organization established in 1988 to serve the needs of 4,500 small and mid-sized manufacturers in southeastern Philadelphia. We focus exclusively on the region`s manufacturing community to grow business value in four key areas. The organization`s primary focus is to assist our clients grow the value of their business through consulting services, training and education, and executive network groups. DVIRC offers “best practice” consulting services for small to mid-sized manufacturing enterprises. DVIRC has a long-standing commitment to STEM Talent Development that is integral to everything we do for our clients.
