Deka Lash was founded in 2012 on the belief that all beauty services should be attainable. Our founder Jennifer Blair noticed a major gap within the beauty industry – eyelash extension services were only in select cities, priced incredibly high, and available only to certain consumers. So Jennifer became a Lash Artist to fix the problem herself. Together with her husband Mike, Jennifer formed Deka Lash by pairing together the first two letters of her two daughters' names (DE-mi and KA-rli), and set up shop in a one-room studio outside of Pittsburgh, PA. Now, we have nearly 100 studio locations across the US, a product line specially formulated for our lashes, and services that start with our clients. Behind the scenes, our corporate team is committed to a healthy remote-work life. While based primarily out of Pittsburgh, PA, our employees span across the US.
