Summit Midstream Partners, LP (NYSE: SMLP) is a growth-oriented master limited partnership focused on developing, owning and operating midstream energy infrastructure assets that are strategically located in the core producing areas of unconventional resource basins, primarily shale formations, in the continental United States. Aurora Oil & Gas Limited is an Australian Stock Exchange and Toronto Stock Exchange listed company focused on oil and gas production in Texas, North America. Aurora now participates in approximately 80,000 gross acres in the core of the Eagle Ford Shale including over 22,000 net acres within the liquid rich zones of the trend.
