Carroll County Schools provides gifted education services to eligible students through QUEST. The overall aim of our gifted services is to assist eligible students in reaching their full potential through a challenging curriculum and differentiated instruction. Gifted instruction activities includes more elaborate, complex, and in-depth study of major ideas, problems, and themes. A student may recommend himself or herself or be recommended by parents, teachers, counselors, or administrators for referral to the gifted education program.
