Ghertner and Company was founded on January 8, 1968, by Frank F. Ghertner. After serving in various roles at Ghertner and Company for over a decade, Frank Ghertner’s sons, Scott Ghertner and Steve Ghertner, assumed ownership and management of Ghertner and Company in 2002 and serve as Co-presidents of the company. Both Scott Ghertner and Steve Ghertner are Certified Property Managers (CPM) as designated from the Institute of Real Estate Management.
