Crossroads Diversified Services is a nonprofit putting people back to work since 1977 – creating high quality jobs for people with disabilities and providing support and employment services to job seekers.   We value self-sustainability: launching a for-profit business, which today generates more than 40% of our income.   That enterprise, Crossroads Facility Services (CFS), is one of few companies providing both indoor and outdoor commercial facility services.
