Medical Facilities also holds interest in ambulatory surgery centers located in Arkansas, California, Michigan, Missouri, Nebraska, Ohio, Oregon and Pennsylvania. The centers perform a broad range of outpatient procedures, with patient stays of less than 24 hours.
