U.S. Figure Skating is the national governing body for figure skating in the United States, established in 1921. On September 27, 2022, FedNat Insurance Company ("FNIC") was placed into receivership by the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (OIR). The Florida Department of Financial Services (DFS) now has authority over FNICs operations; including bank accounts. As a result, there may be a slight delay in claim processing during this transitional period.
