InversAI began in Fall of 2018 as a venture project in the University of Georgias Innovation Gateway Program, participating in UGAs cohort going through its site I-Corp accelerator training. InversAI truly embodies a hi-tech startup by commercializing deep technology that is borne out of fundamental research at the intersection of ML and robotics. It has graduated from two accelerators, and transitioned to a C-Corp in September 2021. InversAI aims to bring affordable and flexible AI and robotic automation to farms of all sizes and to ease its integration into the processing lines. Our nations packing sheds continue to largely rely on manual labor. In this context, InversAI is bringing deep robotic automation and precision quality control to the existing produce processing lines while avoiding costly retooling of the line hardware. Thus, farms of all sizes remain in business and affordable produce stays on our grocery shelves.
