ShareWaves Overview: We continue to build a youth sports foundation that provides positive, game-changing solutions for children in under-resourced communities. We are helping kids play the games they love. Who We Are: ShareWaves is a 501c3 public charity working to deliver high-quality sports experiences to kids in under-resourced communities. Launched almost 3 years ago, ShareWaves is targeting children from any home that experiences multi-layered barriers to sports access and are less likely to receive the support they need. Our Why? The gap between "the haves" and the "have nots" is getting wider. Without access to sports and structured play, kids miss critical benefits, including physical health, social-emotional growth, and academic development. Emergent Issue!!! COVID restrictions further limited access to organized sports and extracurricular activities causing kids to lose an entire year of life-skill development, social interactions, and academic interruptions. ShareWaves is targeting several ways to help kids recover by delivering tangible impact to children suffering and delivering programs of significance to kids in need. 5 Key Initiatives: 1. Provide micro-funding grants to assist in connecting kids to high-quality sports experiences. 2. Build #Ready2Play Training Experiences for Kids and the #Ready2Play app. 3. Create digital content that showcases the "power of sports" to transform young lives. 4. Lead the formation of a KC Youth Sports Alliance (KC-YSA) 5. Host high-energy, one-of-a-kind events that raise awareness and support our mission. Children in our city need us now more than ever as they experience an avalanche of pressure this fall returning from extended periods of social isolation, educational uncertainty, and inactivity caused by COVID. We work to develop strong impact partnerships with like-minded individuals and organizations that want help kids heal.
AAA-Integration is an engineering service company, that emphasis on (Building Quality into Engineering Design). The evolution in engineering-design software during the past decade has permanently changed the engineering design concept. Three-dimensional computer-aided design, manufacturing and engineering (CAD/CAM/CAE) software programs are close to fulfilling their promise to deliver fully integrated design and manufacturing. CAD design software saves time and money in product development by reducing or eliminating the need for physical mock-ups, allowing for early detection of interference between components and enabling quick design iterations that result in product optimization. To further this integration, design engineering is taking new quality assurance concept. Attention to quality in the process-level used to produce engineering designs--in other words, attention to the data produced by digital modeling activities--is proving to be equally fruitful. Practitioners of design quality assurance and control are reaping great benefits by pushing quality awareness earlier into the engineering process.
