On-demand legal support includes senior paralegals specializing in conducting factual and legal research, preparing documents for legal or financial transactions, preparing operating agreements, contracts, corporate bylaws, purchase and sale agreements, assisting in responding to discovery requests notices, drafting pleadings, and assisting with due diligence, real estate closings, and trials. Live receptionist & client in-take includes VoIP phones, efax service, video conferencing, new client in-take, scheduling, seamless new client information integrated into law firms practice management and CRM systems. Amata maintains multiple office locations for lawyers to utilize as their HQ, receive mail, meet clients and host meetings. For law firms that require private offices for their attorneys, Amata offers elegant offices, with touchless access, and modern day amenities to emulate the atmosphere of a traditional law firm. With over 700 attorneys utilizing Amata and a host of social events to bring attorneys together, daily conversations and business opportunities with other attorneys happen naturally.
