The high pressure, modern culture we live in can seem overwhelming and stressful at times. There are an abundance of apps and websites that negatively affect users mentally. Youphoria exists solely to help individuals grow and succeed together. Additionally, it starts with "you". We believe that in a world full of wearables and other tracking devices, people are often focused on how many steps they have taken, how many miles they have run, or how many calories they have burned. We believe that "you" should determine and be mindful of what healthy activity looks like for you and what types of activities you prefer. You can log minutes to share rather than necessarily logging miles or other measurements. As a result, you can go at your own pace and set your own goals while also sharing your experiences with friends!
