Muscatine County is a county located in the U.S. state of Iowa. The population was 42,745 in the 2010 census, an increase from 41,722 in the 2000 census. The county seat is Muscatine. The Muscatine County Administration Office oversees the economic development, environment, infrastructure and safety in the Muscatine County.
