Support from Orange County business partners, caring parents and community-minded citizens is evident by their participation: 47,800 registered volunteers who contribute more than 694,000 hours annually 3,500 school-business partnership agreements 38,905 PTA/PTSA members School Advisory Councils composed of community members, parents and school staff. Saint Mary`s County, established in 1637, is a county located in the U.S. state of Maryland. As of the 2010 census, the population was 105,151. Its county seat is Leonardtown. The name is in honor of Mary, the mother of Jesus.
