Lacey is a city in Thurston County, Washington, United States. Established as a suburb of Olympia, its population was 42,393 at the 2010 census out of a county population of 252,264.
Garden City`s Town Center, which opened in September of 2009 with the dedication of the City`s new 33,000 square foot City Hall, serves as the epicenter of local government and the “heart and soul” of Garden City.
