Community Options, Inc. is a national nonprofit organization that develops innovative housing and employment opportunities for people with developmental disabilities. Since 1989, we have moved people with disabilities from segregated, unlawful institutions across the country into community-based homes where they can fully participate in their communities and experience a greatly improved quality of life. We have designed and implemented the most progressive employment options giving people with disabilities a choice about the type of work they do and where they do it. We offer people with disabilities real work for real pay. Community Options contracts with 38 separate government entities is supported by more than 4,000 staff in programs throughout ten states: Arizona, Kentucky, Maryland, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Texas and South Carolina.

Pacific Clinics served more than 24,000 clients last year, regardless of their ability to pay in Los Angeles, Orange, San Bernardino and Ventura counties. Pacific Clinics has been providing mental healthcare services since 1926. In addition, we now offer programs to help with housing, employment, training and other basic services. Our dedicated team of more than 1,100 staff members, including psychiatrists, psychologists, clinical social workers, marriage and family therapists, rehabilitation counselors, child development specialists, and more are dedicated to giving our clients the care they need.
For more than 30 years, Atlantic has made grants to advance opportunity and lasting change for those who are unfairly disadvantaged or vulnerable to life`s circumstances. As a limited life foundation, we make grants through our Ageing,Children & Youth, Population Health, Reconciliation & Human Rights, and Founding Chairman Programmes. We are active in Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland and the United States. We made our final grants in Australia in 2011, and in Bermuda,South Africa and Viet Nam in 2013.
