It is a nonprofit consulting firm that offers its services free of charge. The Purpose Built Model includes mixed-income housing, a cradle-to-college education pipeline and community wellness programs and facilities in a defined neighborhood, coordinated by a dedicated, nonprofit community quarterback organization. There are now 16 Purpose Built Communities Network Members across the United States.
