The PAISBOA Health Benefit Trust (HBT) is a consortium of independent schools, colleges, and universities within the state of Pennsylvania. On September 27, 2022, FedNat Insurance Company ("FNIC") was placed into receivership by the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation (OIR).
