It was organized under the laws of the state of Oklahoma for charitable, scientific and educational purposes and specifically to engage in the delivery of health-care services and related activities. INTEGRIS Health is governed by an 11 to 15-member board of directors made up of business and community leaders from across the state. It`s managed by President and Chief Executive Officer Bruce Lawrence, with the assistance of senior staff in the areas of physician services, facility operations, strategic services and finance.
