MMA Capital Management, LLC, formerly known as MuniMae, is a real estate asset management company that invests in and manages debt and equity investments collateralized primarily by multifamily housing. Formerly operating as a master limited partnership for tax purposes, in July 2013 we converted to a taxable corporation. In the U.S the company focuses on three types of real estate investment.
