Formed in 1997, HC21 is a leader and catalyst in creating market solutions to meet the evolving changes in healthcare. We represent 60+ members with more than 450,000 covered lives in East and Middle TN. HC21 continues to pioneer local market changes by innovating and implementing new strategies in the emerging health benefits market. We were honored to be awarded the 2011 National Business Coalition on Health’s Membership Award for Superior Leadership in Value Based Purchasing. HC21 is a national leader in publishing patient safety information, a national leader in encouraging provider transparency, a regional leader in health plan evaluation, and a regional leader in promoting consumerism. It is critical, especially now, for all stakeholders to provide better care for individuals, better health for populations, and better cost in care delivery. Greater Victoria Harbour Authority (GVHA) was incorporated as a not-for-profit society in February 2002, and began operating its four port facilities, divested from Transport Canada, in April 2002. Acting as an advocate for the harbour, the GVHA is working to improve its function as a working harbour, and a marine transportation centre with a strong focus on tourism.
