Our company, Hi-Flyer Food (Canada) Inc. was formed in May 2012 when we acquired 57 KFC and Taco Bell restaurants in Alberta and Manitoba from Priszm Income Fund, and were granted the franchise rights to operate these stores by YUM! Canada Inc. In July of the same year, our company acquired an additional 65 KFC stores in Quebec, under an affiliate, Olympus Food Canada Inc. Together, Hi-Flyer and Olympus, and our 1,300+ team members, and supported by our Philippine-based parent company – the Ramcar Food Group, embarked on our journey of delivering KFC`s So Good promise of quality food and excellent service to customers in Canada. The Ramcar Food Group holds the master franchise rights for KFC in the Philippines, with more than 260 locations across the country. The group also operates other quick service and fast-casual restaurants.
Good Times Restaurants Inc. (GTIM) operates Good Times Burgers and Frozen Custard, a regional chain of quick service restaurants located primarily in Colorado, in its wholly owned subsidiary, Good Times Drive Thru Inc. Good Times provides a menu of high quality all natural hamburgers, 100% all natural chicken tenderloins, fresh frozen custard, fresh cut fries, fresh lemonades and other unique offerings. Good Times currently operates and franchises a total of 37 restaurants. GTIM owns and operates three Bad Daddy~s Burger Bar restaurants as a licensee through its wholly owned subsidiary, BD of Colorado LLC, and franchises Bad Daddy~s Burger Bar restaurants through its 48% ownership of Bad Daddy~s Franchise Development LLC.
