Key Human Resources Business partner for 1.2B CBU consisting of 4200 employees, 200 plant locations, and 85M in pooled assets supporting many of the fortune five hundred FMCG companies in the United States.
Act as strategic business partner to the business leadership teams for US Recycled. Work to accelerate business objectives by partnering with Centers of Excellence and HR Shared Services to develop specific strategies in employee retention, Leadership Development, staffing, compensation, and employee engagement.

Major/Key Accountabilities
• Develop and implement HR priorities in alignment with the business and NA Human Resources Strategic Plan to ensure appropriate focus on enabling the business to achieve top level performance in all areas
• Partner with senior business leaders to continually drive the effectiveness of the business through developing organization design and leadership changes as appropriate to ensure maximum business success
• Ensure an ongoing and proactive focus on driving change within the business, linking change management needs, communications, tools and processes with overall business cultural and change direction
• Partner with Centers of Excellence and Shared Services to deliver HR business strategy consistent with Brambles Group policies, systems and practices
• Manage the strategic workforce planning process to identify future capability required and the most effective organization design and culture to deliver the strategy
• Develop build and buy strategy with Plant leadership team, and ensure this is linked to overall Brambles build and buy strategies to leverage regional and global resources
• Partner with Talent Management to ensure the development of robust and diverse succession plans
• Identify development needs for the business and partner with Learning & Development to deliver the appropriate solutions in a cost effective manner
• Enhance performance of employees by implementing actions to increase engagement and enablement based on the employee survey data

• Bachelor`s degree in related field
• A minimum of 10+ years progressive HR leadership experience in a “world class” organization
