Hestan Commercial is a premium appliance manufacturer specializing in high-end commercial appliances. Originated in 2014, Hestan is a subsidiary of Meyer Corporation, the largest cookware supplier in the U.S. and the second largest in the world. Hestan is headquartered in a new 70,000 square-foot state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Anaheim, CA, which includes a showroom, test kitchen and certified test lab. The Hestan kitchen will include freestanding ranges with sealed burners, island suites, lineups, countertop equipment, convection ovens, griddles, char broilers, French tops, hot tops, planchas, salamanders, cheesemelters, fryers, pasta cookers and refrigerated bases. Hestan Commercial was designed with input from some of the country`s top chefs, including, Thomas Keller, Timothy Hollingsworth, Walter Manzke, Corey Lee, Rory Herrmann, Marcus Ware and Amar Santana, and renowned kitchen designer Mark Stech-Novak.
