ICAP was founded in 2003 at Columbia University`s Mailman School of Public Health. Now a global leader in HIV and health systems strengthening, ICAP provides technical assistance and implementation support to governments and non-governmental organizations in more than 21 countries. Communication Service for the Deaf, Inc. (CSD) is a private, nonprofit organization dedicated to creating and providing technologies and services that benefit the deaf and hard of hearing community. CSD`s mission is to create greater opportunities for deaf and hard of hearing individuals to reach their full potential.
