Mental Health Systems (MHS) is a non-profit organization founded in 1978 to provide innovative and cost-effective mental health and drug and alcohol recovery services. Our agency was established to improve peoples lives and instill hope by using new and creative treatment strategies that respect time-proven methods of intervention. Currently, MHS operates more than 85 community-based programs throughout California for people who either cannot afford privately paid services or for whom appropriate services are not otherwise available.
