Rock & Brews Restaurants is a casual dining chain founded in 2012 by Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons of the band Kiss, along with restaurateur Michael Zislis and partners Dave and Dell Furano. Based in Manhattan Beach, California, the restaurant features a rock-and-roll theme that enhances the dining experience.
