Missouri University of Science and Technology (Missouri S&T) is a world-class technological research university. Founded in 1870 as one of the first technological schools west of the Mississippi, Missouri S&T offers a broad array of degrees in engineering, the sciences, business, information technology, the humanities and liberal arts, and education -- all in an environment that emphasizes technological literacy. We were originally known as the University of Missouri School of Mines and Metallurgy (Missouri School of Mines or MSM), then the University of Missouri-Rolla (UMR). In 2008, we became Missouri S&T.
Remington College is a non-profit, accredited career training school guided by decades of dedicated service and a foundation of caring support, active involvement, and significant achievement for students who seek a career-focused education in the communities. As a non-profit organization our goals include: addressing the needs of our student base, expanding and enhancing the diploma and degree programs we offer as well as the number of classes we schedule, increasing the accessibility of our faculty and staff, and ensuring our full support of, and commitment to, the local communities in which we live and work. We have 19 campus locations throughout the U.S., including an online campus. Throughout our combined campuses, we offer 25 programs of study in specialty areas that are expected to be in demand by today`s employers. Diploma and degree programs are available, including both Associate`s and Bachelor`s degrees.
