The company is also involved in the provision of advertising, home food-delivery, office operational management, outsourcing, and support services; hotel and campsite operation and management; rights management of music publications; insurance agency business; and general trading and quality assurance business related to educational equipment, toys, and other items. The company was formerly known as Benesse Corporation and changed its name to Benesse Holdings, Inc. in 2009. Benesse Holdings, Inc. was founded in 1955 and is headquartered in Okayama, Japan.
