A Global Development Expedition FOR women, not ABOUT women. Signature Leaders is designed to augment, rather than replace, existing corporate executive leadership development. These are programs for women with the highest potential, to fast-track them into next level leadership. These women are managing large P&Ls, leading transformations across the enterprise or sizeable functional teams, or in that critical "pivot" from managing to leading. We gather these elite leaders from around the world for introspective learning and external connections. Our executive faculty covers our framework of Who You Are, How You Show Up, and How You Relate to Others. Unlike typical seminars or conferences, participants will join the Signature community upon enrollment. This means the opportunities for learning and growth starts prior to, and continues beyond, the immersion session. Signature alumni move forward with an invaluable network of more than 2,300 peers and 250 executive faculty members and advisors who support them throughout their ongoing leadership journey. AAA-Integration is an engineering service company, that emphasis on (Building Quality into Engineering Design). The evolution in engineering-design software during the past decade has permanently changed the engineering design concept. Three-dimensional computer-aided design, manufacturing and engineering (CAD/CAM/CAE) software programs are close to fulfilling their promise to deliver fully integrated design and manufacturing. CAD design software saves time and money in product development by reducing or eliminating the need for physical mock-ups, allowing for early detection of interference between components and enabling quick design iterations that result in product optimization. To further this integration, design engineering is taking new quality assurance concept. Attention to quality in the process-level used to produce engineering designs--in other words, attention to the data produced by digital modeling activities--is proving to be equally fruitful. Practitioners of design quality assurance and control are reaping great benefits by pushing quality awareness earlier into the engineering process.
