The natural synergies of these legal services companies were quickly recognized, and in 2012 CMS acquired Intelliteach, maintaining the name Intelliteach. Unifying these organizations has assisted in their continued growth and offering of services specializing in legal industry support, offering full capacity coverage for all legal and client documentation. Intelliteach continues to expand its offerings; always seeking new opportunities to assist the legal industry and help our clients grow efficiently and profitably. In March 2016 the SkillBuilder eLearning suite of educational training services was launched.
