Bahia Principe Hotels & Resorts is the division of Grupo Piñero. Bahia Principe was founded in 1995 with the opening of the 940-room Bahia Principe San Juan (Puerto Plata - Dominican Republic). We currently have hotels in the Caribbean (Dominican Republic, Mexico and Jamaica) and Spain (Tenerife). Today, the chain continues to expand with the aim of extending its number of establishments . The Bahia Principe brand classifies all of its 5-star establishments as Grand Bahia Principe and its 4-star establishments as Bahía Príncipe. And the top brand category is Luxury Bahia Principe, Don Pablo Collection.
