It is directed by local health care providers. We serve people living in the Chicago area. This includes Cook, DuPage, Kane, Kankakee, Lake and Will Counties. FHN also serves people in the Rockford area. This includes Boone, McHenry and Winnebago Counties. For 20 years, we have made strong relationships with medical providers. That has helped us give more medical care to the people we serve. As we grew, we have become a leader in Medicaid. Medicaid is a program sponsored by the government. We serve our members with great providers and hospitals. We also offer special centers for mental health and children`s health. FHN is successful because we give our members quality care.
