Tim Neal is a young veteran of the oil industry, having spent the last four years at Beijing, CN based drilling rig manufacturer TSC, where he was head of business development and strategy. Expedi was started 12 months ago backed by a handful of industry veterans in the oil market. Its mission is to modernize MRO services for the upstream oil and gas industry.
