Visiting Nurse Health System is a nonprofit organization dedicated to helping people successfully manage their health and recover from illness in the comfort of their own home. Our nurses, therapists and other professionals give patients quality one-on-one care, helping them maintain their independence and, whenever possible, avoid hospital stays. When patients are terminally ill, we know they and their families need a special kind of care, whether it is at home or at the Hospice Atlanta Center in Buckhead. We strive to ensure that every patient is cared for compassionately, comfortably and with dignity, and that every family receives the support they need during this difficult time. We are the largest nonprofit home healthcare and hospice provider in Georgia. A United Way of Greater Atlanta partner, we have been serving the community for more than 60 years. Each year, we serve more than 28,000 children and adults in the 26-county metro Atlanta area. Thanks to the support of numerous individuals, foundations and corporations, we are able to provide compassionate, quality care to our patients regardless of age, diagnosis or ability to pay.
Albany Care Inc is a Evanston, IL-based company in the Healthcare, Pharmaceuticals, and Biotech sector.
We also offer private, spacious postpartum rooms with two beds, one for the patient and one for their support person. We are the only Women's Center in the area to offer this luxury. We provide free Childbirth, Breastfeeding, and Sibling Classes taught
VNSNY will become the most significant, best-in-class, nonprofit, community-based integrated delivery system providing superior care coordination and health care services to vulnerable populations across a broad regional footprint.
