We believe that locally-produced spirits simply taste better, so all of our unique products are made right here in Portland, Oregon from natural ingredients in small batches for unparalleled quality and taste. Eastside Distilling introduced Below Deck Rums, the first in a series fine and flavored rums in 2009, and has since launched several more award-winning spirits, including Burnside Bourbon and Portland Potato Vodka, and our new Cherry Bomb Whiskey. Eastside also produces small batch and seasonal products like our Holiday Spiced Liqueur and new Pepermint Bark and Egg Nog Liqueurs. The American Humane® Certified program provides third-party, independent verification that a certified producer`s care and handling of farm animals meet the ethical, science-based standards established by the American Humane Association. Certification doesn`t happen in a day. The audit is comprehensive, covering 200 separate items including diet, living conditions and natural behaviors. To achieve certification, Foster Farms verified that humane conditions are maintained on our farms and ranches 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days a year.
