This includes RACs, Defense Audits (all payers), Stop Loss / Carve Out, Charge Hold / Lost Charge. In all situations, ARM provides trending feedback to the hospital in an effort to provide long term solutions. ARM can do both hourly pricing or contingency rate pricing, depending on your preference. Post Payment Review (Zero Balance) – ARM can review all of your Medicaid claims for variance from expected reimbursement amounts, and provide detailed trending, The best part is that we are budget positive because this is truly “found money”
